Brightgenta reserves the right to reschedule services with prior notice.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Short-notice cancellations may be charged 50% of the service fee.

No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Brightgenta is not responsible for moving personal items or fragile objects.

Cleaning staff follow strict professional and ethical guidelines.
